Job summary

Boston Scientific in Minnesota is seeking a Process Development Intern to collaborate cross-functionally on manufacturing processes for next-generation medical devices. Qualifications

• Must graduate Spring 2028.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove and Arden Hills, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location.
• Must have prior Analytical Laboratory intern experience from Boston Scientific.
• Must have a minimum of 0-1 year of work experience in MedTech.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the integrity and content of Process Plans with respect to materials used in processing and sequencing of tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine manufacturing processes.
• Design, fabricate and test prototype devices to address clinical feedback.
• Conduct process characterization experiments and Process Validation to determine optimal settings to be used in device manufacturing.
• Investigate and recommend new technology to be utilized to create medical devices.
