Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Biomedical, Chemical or Materials Engineering.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week internship with defined summer windows.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation to Arden Hills and Maple Grove locations.

Responsibilities

• Connect R&D to Manufacturing to develop robust processes and systems.
• Develop scalable manufacturing processes and test systems for high-volume production.
• Apply chemistry, materials and engineering fundamentals to process development.
• Collaborate with technology leaders and cross-functional teams to deploy new capabilities.
• Maintain compliance with global process procedures and quality requirements.
• Create and maintain Manufacturing Instructions throughout product development.
