Qualifications

• Must graduate with a bachelor's or graduate degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Science Engineering (Dec 2026 - Spring 2027).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have reliable transportation to Arden Hills, MN.
• Must have prior Process Development engineering intern experience at Boston Scientific.
• 0-1 year of engineering work experience in MedTech.

Responsibilities

• Connect Research & Design to Manufacturing through development of processes, technology, and systems.
• Develop new processes and test systems that scale to high volume, reduce variation, and increase quality.
• Partner with technology leaders to bring new capabilities to life.
• Conform to global process development procedures.
• Maintain the integrity and content of Process Plans for materials and sequencing.
• Responsible for Manufacturing Instructions and material and process implementation within the Product Development lifecycle.
