Trex Company is seeking a Process Development Engineer to design and develop new and improved processes, turning prototypes into scalable manufacturing solutions in Winchester, Virginia. You will lead initiatives, run trials, and collaborate with internal and external teams to advance technology while upholding safety and integrity across operations.

We require a BS in engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience; project management in product/process development is preferred.

• Bachelor’s of Science in an engineering discipline and 3+ years relevant experience.
• Project management experience in product and process development is preferred.
• Commitment to safety and integrity across processes and teams.
