You will partner with Process Engineering, Production, and Training to standardize work and realize cost savings.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering and at least five years in manufacturing with three years of project management and CI methodology experience; base salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years leading CI projects.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Kick off and lead Continuous Improvement events (Kaizen, Loss Elimination, VSM, Value Engineering).
• Provide CI support to hourly and professional staff across departments.
• Design, develop, and implement improved workflows and standard work instructions.
• Partner with Process Engineering, Production, and Training to update work instructions and visual aids.
• Apply Lean principles, 5S, and structured problem solving to drive cost savings.
• Identify opportunities and manage CI projects aligned with annual goals.
