Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree with 10+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Recognized certification like Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and ISO systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster a 'people first' culture.
• Conduct data analysis to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Support quality department personnel and manage the quality lab.
• Ensure proper segregation of below-standard material.
• Develop and implement quality measurement methods.
