Job summary

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a process development professional to execute experiments supporting CGM product development in San Diego. You will contribute to precision processes for adhesives, epoxies, and soft materials, following DOE to generate data and improve understanding.

You will document results, identify trends, and collaborate with design, quality, reliability, and manufacturing teams to improve robustness and repeatability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 2–5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree and 0–2 years of equivalent industry experience.
• Experience planning and executing experiments with DOE or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication of technical results in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Execute process development experiments and characterization studies.
• Support development of precision processes for adhesives, epoxies, and soft materials.
• Follow DOE and structured methodologies to improve process understanding.
