Qualifications

• This position requires a BS/BA in Chemistry, Systems, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in bioprocess development, technical problem solving, and technology transfer is essential.
• Hands-on tangential flow filtration experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute Lipid Nanoparticle and Drug Product unit operations per approved procedures; lead processes after training.
• Prepare materials, buffers, equipment, and work areas for successful manufacturing execution.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices and Good Documentation Practices with accurate material tracking.
• Operate, clean, and maintain pilot-scale equipment and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Identify and communicate issues with clear context across processes and safety.
• Support troubleshooting with accurate observations and process understanding.
• Assist onboarding, peer training, continuous improvement, and operational excellence activities.
