Johnson Matthey in West Deptford, NJ seeks a Process Controls Engineer to drive control system strategies and improve process performance across PGMs operations. You will lead automation projects for batch and continuous processes, troubleshoot control networks, and ensure compliance with safety and PSM standards.

Applicants should have a degree in chemical or electrical engineering and strong experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell software, and FactoryTalk View SE.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical, electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs (PLC5, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix).
• Experience with SCADA, preferably FactoryTalk View SE.
• Strong instrumentation and control systems knowledge for process plants.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of long-term control system strategies.
• Act as technical lead on controls and automation projects for batch and continuous processes.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for control systems and networks.
• Define standards and ensure safety, regulatory and PSM compliance.
