Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a Process Control Technician Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves providing technical support for process control systems in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess an associate degree and at least 3 years of experience with PLCs and HMIs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, supporting continuous improvement projects, and collaborating with engineers and operators. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have strong communication skills, with experience in industrial automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with PLC and HMI-based process control systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and loop calibrators.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for plant process control systems.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining SOPs for process control systems.
• Document and report system issues and maintenance actions.
