Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Process Control Team Supervisor to lead two workstreams—Strategy/Process and Plant Implementation—within Global Manufacturing Engineering. You’ll develop and implement control plans, PFMEAs, and SOWs, while guiding teams across multiple NA plants to reduce risk and improve quality.

You will drive interim versus permanent solutions, validate new tooling and vision systems, and deliver executive dashboards. Travel to North American sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or Product Development.
• Deep APQP knowledge: Control Plans, DFMEA, PFMEA.
• Bridge vehicle design and plant feasibility.
• Willingness to travel to NA assembly plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead two workstreams: strategy/process and plant implementation.
• Review and update PFMEAs and Control Plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with PD, Quality, and VME.
• Develop interim vs permanent control strategies with signed exceptions.
• Support real-time dashboards (Power BI, QlikSense) for KPI tracking.
• Supervise on-site tooling installations and validation.
