Arcosa Lightweight in Livingston, AL, is seeking a Career Control/Process Operator for the Livingston plant on swing shift. This role includes operating and monitoring automated equipment, ensuring safety, and maintaining production flow.

Qualifications

• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs and ladders up to 60 feet.
• Work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy).
• On the job training offered and basic operating certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
• Provide guidance to less experienced operators.
• Monitor production flow and maintain process parameters.
• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous production operation.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, and related controls to ensure production specifications.
• Report malfunctions or abnormalities and perform minor repairs to equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and practices; perform other duties as assigned.
