Job summary

Ingredion is hiring a Process Operator in Montgomery, AL to handle raw materials and finished products. You will safely operate equipment, monitor control systems, sample products, and support loading and unloading activities in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Team environment with minimal supervision.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift experience or ability to get forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanized equipment safely and within specifications.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and fix equipment issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor operations from control room or computers.
• Sample and test products.
• Load/unload trucks, railcars, and bags as needed.
• Pack, inspect, and dispense materials; transfer liquids.
