Job summary

CHASE Staffing is hiring a Process Operator in the White, GA area. The role supports the Module Process Team with daily production, inspection, rework, material handling, and workplace organization in a manufacturing environment.

The position involves working with Process Technicians and Engineers to maintain product quality, ensure safety, and uphold clean, organized workspaces. Swing shifts are available with compensation in the hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Must be able to independently lift up to 80 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform module rework with inspection and correction of defects.
• Conduct visual inspections of modules and components to identify defects.
• Assist Process Technicians and Engineers with daily Module Process tasks.
• Inspect, sort, and organize production materials.
• Perform cell inspection and sorting activities.
• Identify and segregate defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
• Carry out 5S, cleaning and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Move and stage production materials as directed.
• Operate an electric pallet jack when trained.
• Assist with material movement and organization across the area.
• Support process and quality improvement activities as directed.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Promptly communicate quality or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Support other Module Process activities as directed by leadership.
