Job summary

Group14 in Washington state (Woodinville) is hiring a Process Operator to maintain and operate equipment in our Woodinville facility. Work involves handling hazardous materials, following procedures, recording process data, and using PPE.

There is room for learning and advancement toward production leadership roles. The role requires strong math and analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to troubleshoot integrated processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and math proficiency preferred.
• High level of mechanical aptitude desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform job duties safely and in accordance with procedures, programs, and policies for specific processes.
• Maintain equipment and follow SOPs for operations.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity.
• Isolate systems for maintenance using permits and lockout/tagout.
• Operate valves and distributed control systems.
• Respond to system and plant alarms per SOP.
• Adjust machine components to meet product protocols.
• Dispose of finished products and separate rejects.
• Conduct periodic checks of process settings and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance as assigned.
