Qualifications

• Experience with process control systems in manufacturing.
• Proven success leading process control staff.
• Ability manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Must have legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for converting control systems and leadership of the Process Control Team in converting.
• Develop the capability of individual team members.
• Build partnerships with mill personnel to identify opportunities and solve problems.
• Lead the development, planning, and execution of controls strategy for simultaneous projects.
• Accountable for execution of controls projects including design, testing, documentation, vendor management, procurement, and start-up support.
• Provide control system support for optimization, reliability, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Prioritize resources toward mill strategies with highest value.
