Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing environment, supervising and developing technical staff.
• Hands‑on expertise in paper converting and knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, incl. RCA and resolving operational issues.
• Data‑driven approach using production data, KPIs, and trend analysis to drive actions.
• Proven ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maintain production continuity.

Responsibilities

• Embrace influential leadership to support PBM culture.
• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality in converting operations.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to identify and reduce waste.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the converting team, including troubleshooting equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Lead and mentor technicians and operators, fostering continuous improvement and safety.
• Conduct training to enhance team skills.
• Oversee equipment projects, upgrades, and process optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Work with QA to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and variances.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure success and drive performance.
