About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Process & Automation Specialist to analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement automation systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

You’ll act as both a consultant and builder - mapping business processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing practical automation solutions using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com , APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude .

The role will span core functions including sales workflows, fulfilment processes, and internal operations , with a focus on reducing repetitive tasks, improving system reliability, and creating scalable processes that support growth.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, and creating measurable impact through automation.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous experience in process improvement, operations, automation, or systems implementation
• Strong experience using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, or similar automation platforms
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI-powered workflow tools
• Ability to analyse business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into automation solutions
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
• Experience documenting workflows, SOPs, and process maps
• Comfortable integrating systems across CRMs, communication tools, and operational platforms
• High attention to detail and ability to test and maintain reliable automations
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment
