Job summary

Hamilton Company, a global leader in precision fluid measurement, seeks an Associate Sales Representative for Process Analytics to grow and manage sensor accounts in NY/NJ/PA. The role focuses on identifying customer needs and positioning Hamilton products for bioprocess applications.

The ideal candidate will travel up to 75% (25% overnight), possess a science/engineering degree, and have 1+ year of Life Science sales experience. Residency in the Philadelphia area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 1 year of sales experience in Life Science market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with existing customers to expand account penetration with Hamilton sensor products.
• Prospect for new leads via tradeshows, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned territory to meet sales targets.
• Utilize CRM to manage sales pipeline and communications.
• Coordinate customer visits, demos, and follow-ups to enable sales trips.
• Travel up to 75% with 25% overnight travel.
