Saint Luke's in Kansas City is seeking a Procedural Scheduler to coordinate ENT appointment scheduling at Saint Luke's Plaza. This full-time day position runs Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends, and may require light travel to support Metro ENT clinics.

You will manage EPIC referral workflows, communicate with patients about appointments and insurance, and assist with front desk duties including co-pay collections and denials monitoring.

Qualifications

• 1 year of scheduling or front desk experience required.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling is preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance and copay collection.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage ENT scheduling across multiple clinics.
• Communicate with patients about appointments and insurance.
• Process EPIC referrals and queue management.

Job Description

Join our team as a Procedural Scheduler at our Saint Luke's Plaza location!

Monday - Friday 8am -430pm or 730am - 4pm

No Night, No weekends

Prior healthcare experience is preferred

Some travel might be required to support Metro ENT clinics as needed

Opportunity:

• Comprehensively coordinates and manages the scheduling for ENT practices.
• Provide effective communication to patients regarding appointment, insurances, and co-pay collections.
• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage
• Efficiently and timely manage all EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.

• Manages fax work ques
• Other front desk duties as assigned
