Job summary

Saint Luke's South in the Kansas City area is seeking a Procedural Scheduler to coordinate ENT clinic scheduling, with Monday through Friday day hours and no night or weekend shifts.

You will communicate with patients regarding appointments, insurance, and co-pays, support other ENT clinics as needed, and manage EPIC referral work queues for scheduling incoming patient appointments. Front desk duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for ENT practices.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments, insurances, and co-pays.
• Supports other ENT practices as needed for coverage.
• Efficiently and timely manage EPIC referral work queues for scheduling of incoming patient appointments.
• Collects co-pays.
• Helps monitor denials.
• Manages fax work queues.
• Other front desk duties as assigned.
