Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions seeks a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, request records, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes patient flow, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA. Clinically you will support pre-op and post-procedure processes, assist nursing staff with vital signs, and help with inventory and room setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including customer service.
• Ability to work with doctors, clinical staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings.
• Enter patient intake and orders into EMR and request medical records.
• Assist in pre-op, recovery, and discharge transportation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Prepare and organize paperwork; ensure medical records are complete.
