Qualifications

• Experience in the criminal justice system and court proceedings.
• Ability to supervise and performance manage employees.
• Ability to implement and administer policies, directives, and procedures.
• Knowledge of assessments, case plans, and court reports.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and principles.
• Ability to conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Experience identifying community resources and services.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• A valid driver’s license is required or obtainable by hire date.

Responsibilities

• The probation supervisor will provide leadership and supervision to probation officers.
• Oversee daily operations for intake, probation, and parole services to ensure optimal customer service.
• Conduct continuous quality assurance to ensure fidelity of assessment tools, accuracy of court reports, and appropriate delivery of case management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to probation officers using strategies to improve performance.
