Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of adults on probation, parole, or post-release supervision.
• Assess criminogenic and treatment needs; develop supervision plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to encourage positive change.
• Coordinate with treatment providers, employers, and community resources.
• Conduct home and community visits as required.
• Prepare reports and testify in court when required.
• Monitor compliance and take corrective action as needed.
