Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, behavioral science, criminal justice, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible probation or court support experience.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrating relevant knowledge and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and participate in daily work of the Probation Services Division, manage caseloads, ensure quality and timeliness.
• Develop and implement divisional procedures; align with Court Administrator; evaluate operations and propose changes.
• Maintain active caseload and perform Probation Officer duties to balance workloads and cover absences.
• Oversee jail alternative programs including Electronic Home Monitoring and random drug testing contracts/audits.
