Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals on misdemeanor probation, monitoring compliance with conditions such as restitution, community service, treatment, evaluations, and no-contact orders.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and investigations to identify risks, needs, strengths, barriers, and progress toward outcomes.
• Utilize motivational interviewing, case management, and problem-solving approaches to encourage accountability and behavior change.
• Support restorative justice programs, including Community Court, through participant engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide professional, impartial, culturally responsive and confidential services while delivering excellent customer service.
