The City of Auburn is seeking a Probation Services Supervisor to lead the Probation Services Division, work closely with the Court Administrator, and help shape probation guidelines ahead of the court reopening. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience related to probation services, court support services, case management, criminal justice programs, social services, or a related field.
• Or a combination of relevant education and experience demonstrating knowledge, skill, and ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and participate in the daily work of the Probation Services Division, assigning and monitoring caseloads, reviewing work for quality and timeliness, and assisting staff with complex or sensitive cases.
• Develop and implement efficient and effective divisional procedures, ensuring goals, priorities, procedures, performance expectations, and objectives are met in coordination with the Court Administrator; analyze operations and recommend changes.
• Maintain an active caseload and perform Probation Officer duties as necessary to balance workloads and provide coverage during absences or high-priority cases.
• Oversee jail alternative programs including Electronic Home Monitoring and random drug testing, including contracts, expenditures, and audits.
