Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Corrections, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Counseling, Education, Law, Law Enforcement, Psychology or related field.
• One year of related experience or 400 hours internship in a probation department, or two years supervising offenders.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise juveniles and adults placed on probation per policy.
• Complete Pre-Sentence Investigations and related assessments (YLS, DRA, LS-CMI).
• Develop case plans and enforce rules with appropriate sanctions for violations.
• Coordinate with Court, staff, schools, employers, and community organizations.
• Maintain CSTS records and ensure timely reporting to the Court.
