You will monitor payments, connect clients with treatment, and uphold professional standards in a customer-service driven environment. A Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and controls client files and court records for assigned cases.
• Supervises a caseload of probationers (200–225) per CCI policy.
• Accepts referrals from courts and coordinates services with CCI.
• Discusses conduct of offenders with Judge, Prosecutor, and Defense Counsel.
• Ensures court orders are followed and prepares warrants as needed.
• Monitors client payments to courts and facilitates treatment referrals.
• Ensures compliance with agency rules and participates in trainings.
• Regular attendance and accountability for performance metrics.
