Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and controls client files and court records for assigned cases.
• Supervises a caseload of probationers based on policy; caseload 200–225.
• Accepts referrals from courts for probation supervision and services.
• Discusses offender conduct and makes recommendations for disposition.
• Ensures court orders are adhered to and prepares warrants as needed.
• Holds clients accountable for payments and probation obligations.
• Resource clients into treatment or needed resources.
• Participates in staff meetings and trainings; adheres to policies.
• Regular attendance and accountability per agency guidelines.
