First Tennessee Human Resource Agency in Rolling Hills, TN is seeking a supervisor for the Correctional Counseling Institute (CCI) Misdemeanor Probation Program. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise offenders, and manage records and files in accordance with CCI policy.

The role requires a BA or BS in criminal justice or related field, strong organization and communication, and ability to maintain accurate caseloads (roughly 200–225).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or closely-related field.
• Experience supervising probationers and managing case files preferred.
• Ability to maintain organized records and adhere to policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of offenders in the CCI Misdemeanor Probation Program.
• Maintain and control client files and court records for assigned cases.
• Supervise a caseload of 200–225 probationers per policy.
• Accept referrals from courts and coordinate with court personnel.
• Ensure adherence to court orders and manage drug screening and payments.
