Responsabilidades

• Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation activities.
• Conduct weekly meetings with administrators and executors.
• Advise clients and secure signed listing agreements.
• Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
• Maintain and update tasks and activities using Brivity Technology.
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
• Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
• Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties.
