He will teach you every step: making first contact, serving families through the court process, and listing and selling the property. Committed first-year agents close 10–12 deals and earn $85,000–$150,000. This isn't lead handoff. It's a skill you'll own for your whole career.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate 15 hours weekly to lead generation activities.
• Conduct weekly meetings with administrators and executors.
• Advise clients and secure signed listing agreements.
• Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
• Maintain and update tasks and activities using Brivity Technology.
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
