Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and ongoing training as required.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and attend training opportunities.
• Physically able to perform maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance activities without direct supervision from the Site Manager.
• Communicate with the Site Manager to ensure efficient property operation.
• Address service requests promptly and prioritize health and safety needs.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties and assist with capital improvements.
• Maintain grounds and assist with site inspections and safety checks.
