Examinetics, located in Overland Park, KS, seeks an Inside Salesperson who blends sales with client service. You will contact clients after occupational health testing to guide next steps and upsell services, while handling inbound inquiries and pursuing new business opportunities.

Work with a Sales Manager on territory growth, perform daily outreach, post-test follow-ups, and cross-sell complementary services to expand the account while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years sales experience and interaction with potential or current clients.
• Experience with a CRM tool for managing leads and accounts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Work directly with an assigned Sales Manager to support territory growth.
• Conduct daily client outreach to clients who have just finished occupational health testing.
• Conduct 90-day touch bases to the same clients in addition to immediate post-testing calls.
• Cross-sell and up-sell complementary services on post-test and 90-day outreach.
• Process sales orders from existing clients and new customers.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to arrange clinic visits when needed.
• Manage inbound website sales inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
• Prospect for new business, including cold calls.
• Assist clients with any needs, issues, or complaints brought up in discussions.
