Job summary

Lexima Lodging is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep a hotel facility safe, functional, and well maintained. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the property, identify problems, troubleshoot, and complete repairs within your skill level.

This role requires proactive thinking, good communication, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Responsibilities include maintaining mechanical systems, managing parts inventory, and assisting other

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance or engineering experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Fire Safety policies.
• Develop and follow up action plans after technical visits and audits.
• Operate and maintain hotel mechanical systems (water, hot water, chilled water, pool).
• Maintain parts inventory; log parts, track warranties, and organize manuals.
