The job requires vocational training with two years in maintenance or construction, plus knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Fluency in English is required; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training with two years of maintenance or construction experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and equipment mechanics.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to ensure hotel quality and safety.
• Maintain and repair building, equipment, and grounds.
• Carry out preventative maintenance across hotel areas.
• Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
