Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep hotels running smoothly and looking sharp. You’ll perform day-to-day repairs, long-term fixes, and stay proactive on maintenance issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety across indoor and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include organizing supplies, following the preventative maintenance calendar, and assisting guests. The role requires weekend/evening availability and strong teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; maintenance certifications preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish guest rooms.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of indoor/outdoor areas.
• Follow preventative maintenance calendar and report issues.
• Assist guests and keep management informed of low supplies.
• Wear a professional uniform and be approachable.
