LHH is seeking a Recruiter for a contract position in Wadsworth, OH. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with HR and hiring managers.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards).

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate requirements.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and managers.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Provide hiring managers with regular recruiting updates.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and assist with offers and pre-employment steps.
