Grant Cardone Enterprises in New York is seeking a full-cycle recruiter with a hunter mindset to build pipeline proactively and own sourcing end-to-end. You will identify A-player talent through market research and outreach, then submit only the best to hiring managers.

This is a high-visibility, 100% onsite role supporting a rapidly scaling workforce. You will manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing while tracking KPIs and maintaining clean ATS records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proactive sourcing.
• Track record of identifying and closing top talent.
• Strong judgment in candidate evaluation and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive and active candidates through direct outreach and market research.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent for requisitions.
• Screen and vet candidates rigorously and submit only top fits to hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and close.
• Serve as a clear, professional contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting KPIs and maintain accurate candidate/requisition records.
