Amazon's Workplace Health & Safety team is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to lead on-site injury prevention and ergonomic training at the Coppell fulfillment center. You will work closely with the Site WHS Manager and AAs to improve movement techniques and prevent injuries.

Responsibilities include data-driven interventions, workplace evaluations, and partnering with operations to embed prevention into daily workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State Certification) is required.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification must be valid.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping is required.
• Preferred: experience in occupational or industrial settings.
• Preferred: experience with industrial wellness programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onsite injury prevention and ergonomic interventions.
• Design and implement risk-based ergonomic programs.
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and hazard elimination.
• Deliver ergonomics education to associates and partner with operations.
• Assist with emergency response and maintain safety standards.

Educación

Bachelor's degree

Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State Certification)
