Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Charlotte fulfillment center. You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety, reporting to the Site WHS Manager and collaborating with AAs to improve movement techniques through ergonomic training and engagement.

Responsibilities include driving data-driven prevention strategies, delivering ergonomic education, and partnering with operations to integrate prevention into daily work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state equivalent).
• Must have valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety efforts at the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
• Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
• Provide wellness education and hands-on coaching to embed prevention into daily workflows.
