Amazon is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Fulfillment Center. You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety, partnering with the Site WHS Manager to improve movement techniques through ergonomic training and engagement.

Key duties include proactive prevention via data analysis, ergonomic interventions, and workplace evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State certification).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite injury prevention and ergonomic interventions.
• Perform workplace evaluations and identify hazards.
• Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate prevention into daily work.
• Support emergency response and maintain safety standards.
