Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at a Fulfillment Center. The role leads onsite injury prevention and proactive safety, partnering with AAs to improve movement techniques through ergonomic training and engagement.

You will design targeted interventions, perform risk-based evaluations, translate data into actionable strategies, and deliver wellness education that integrates prevention into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State) is required.
• Valid card for First Aid, CPR, and AED from American Heart Association or Red Cross required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety efforts.
• Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessment findings.
• Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Translate injury data into actionable strategies to protect associates and optimize workflows.
• Deliver wellness education and ergonomic training to empower associates.
