Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
• Enter and process customer orders, including updating records and invoicing accurately.
• Manage service cases and track progress until resolution.
• Enter equipment requests from route personnel and reallocate products as needed.
• Generate daily backorder or order activity reports and maintain documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
