Job summary

Messer Canada Inc. is seeking an Agreement Lifecycle Manager in New Jersey to oversee contract lifecycle activities from onboarding to renewal, ensuring terms are applied accurately across systems including SAP and Salesforce.

You will prepare compliance reports, track milestones, and alert Sales and Order-to-Cash stakeholders to events or expirations, with a focus on accuracy, risk mitigation, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience with data mining and reporting.
• Experience supporting customer service across an organization.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for Agreement execution and tracking.
• Ensure steps after signature and onboarding align with terms in Salesforce/ALM and SAP.
• Prepare and manage reports and dashboards to track Agreement compliance.
• Review invoices against agreement terms and trigger warnings when deviations occur.
• Provide alerts and reports to Account Managers for renewals and term changes.
• Oversee close-out and archiving of agreements and maintain documentation.
