You will coordinate with Sales and Order to Cash, generate reports, and ensure compliance in invoicing and pricing changes. With at least 2 years in Legal/Agreement management, you will interact with SAP and Salesforce, provide proactive updates, and support renewals and expirations with strong attention to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience within Legal, Agreement/contract management or Legal document interpretation.
• Experience with data mining and reporting; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong customer service orientation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agreement lifecycle and ensure proper application of terms.
• Coordinate between Sales and Order to Cash for proactive actions.
• Maintain the digital agreement repository accurately throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track agreement compliance.
• Ensure invoicing reflects agreement terms and any price changes.
• Notify stakeholders of expirations and renewals in a timely manner.
• Verify invoices and credit/debit notes align with agreement terms.
