Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Robotic Service Engineering Administrator in Weston, FL, to administer and operate the organization’s systems and inventory, ensuring materials progress efficiently through receipt, inspection, service, and release processes.

You will interact with SAP, ServiceMax, and local systems to maintain traceability and high-quality documentation, supporting collaboration with production, procurement, and depot technicians in a fast-paced environmental setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical capital equipment systems.
  • Familiar with SAP, ServiceMax, and Expandable systems.
  • Lean or Six Sigma methodologies familiarity preferred.
  • Experience with automation technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the advancement, consumption, and documentation of components, subassemblies, instrumentation, and full robotic systems within the Ortho Tech product family according to established procedures.
  • Control the flow of goods and documentation associated with depot functions.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, depot technicians, and SAP experts to ensure the efficient movement of materials and information.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in the tracking and reporting of materials throughout the service process.

Job description

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant IAdministrator for a dynamic role within a leading medical technology company’s Robotic Service Engineering organization. This position is responsible for administering and operating the organization’s systems and inventory, ensuring critical materials progress efficiently through receipt, inspection, service, and release processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring traceability and maintaining high‑quality documentation by interacting with SAP, ServiceMax, and local systems.

Job Title:

Robotic Service Engineering Administrator

Pay Rate:

$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Location:

Weston, FL

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the advancement, consumption, and documentation of components, subassemblies, instrumentation, and full robotic systems within the Ortho Tech product family according to established procedures.
  • Control the flow of goods and documentation associated with depot functions.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, depot technicians, and SAP experts to ensure the efficient movement of materials and information.
