Job summary

Mouratoglou is looking for a Pro Shop Manager at the San Antonio Racket Club to oversee daily operations and drive the Pro Shop's commercial performance while delivering a premium customer experience.

As the face of the Pro Shop, you will combine retail management, customer service and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment. You will work with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop.
• Drive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clients.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment and purchasing.
• Ensure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standards.
• Oversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Coordinate apparel, equipment and special orders.
• Supervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized retail environment.
• Work closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experience.
• Contribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop.
