Job summary

Mouratoglou Tennis Center is seeking a Pro Shop Manager to oversee daily operations and drive commercial performance of the Pro Shop, while delivering a premium customer experience.

You will be the face of the Pro Shop, combining retail management, customer service and strong operational skills in a dynamic sports environment. This role reports to the Tennis Director and focuses on profitability and brand-aligned merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sports, hospitality or similar customer-facing environments.
• Strong commercial mindset and excellent customer service skills.
• Organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-focused.
• Knowledge of tennis and tennis equipment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop.
• Drive sales and provide personalized product recommendations to clients.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment and purchasing.
• Ensure attractive merchandising in line with Mouratoglou brand standards.
• Oversee point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Coordinate apparel, equipment and special orders.
• Supervise the Pro Shop team, including scheduling and daily organization.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-organized retail environment.
• Work closely with the Tennis Director and on-site teams to support programs, events and the overall client experience.
• Contribute to the profitability and commercial development of the Pro Shop.
